CFNCEast Legacy Society Red Carpet Gala

Every two years, we hold a very special event to honor one of our donors who have helped to make our region, and their respective community, a better place. We call this event our Legacy Society Red Carpet Gala. In addition to honoring our donors, we feature a wonderful keynote speaker who shares their message of philanthropy with the group. This black tie affair is one of the highlights of being a donor with the CFNCEast, and we always look forward to what fun it will be the next time around. 2010 Youth Philanthropy Award Recipient - Riley Philpot

In 2010 we were honored to award Riley Philpot of Riley's Army with the Youth Philanthropy Award. To this day, it is remarkable to look back on the tremendous amount of strength and courage within one young lady. She will forever be in our hearts.

2012 Legacy Award Recipient - Dr. Mary Raab

In 2012 we were privileged to honor Dr. Mary Raab, who's contributions to our region extend well beyond financial gifting. She has single-handedly made Greenville, NC the home of cancer research in Eastern North Carolina.

2014 Legacy Award Recipient - William Monk, Sr.

In 2014, we honored William Monk, Sr. Mr. Monk has been instrumental in the continued growth of Farmville and our region for decades. His legacy will extend far beyond even the next generation, and we are forever grateful for his contribution.
